My last post here focused on the need to think deeply about what your information management problems actually are before you even think about thinking about applying technology to mitigate those problems. Then, just this week, I was in the hardware store and found the perfect bit of product labeling to use to illustrate the point!
The label says, “You’re wasting your time! This product is only effective if you read the instructions thoroughly.” Well guess what? The same goes for information management best practices! And so I thought it was worth sharing.
