Payment Terms & Conditions

peopleswoosh1. You are liable for payment of fees at the time you book your course, and your order is only valid when confirmed. Enrollment is first-come, first-served, and the number of students per class is capped.

2. Full payment of accepted and acknowledged company purchase orders must be received 7 days prior to the start of the program. Your booking otherwise will be cancelled notwithstanding the fact that the liability of full payment still exists.

3. You may substitute another person for yourself without any additional charge as long as we are notified in writing no later than 48 working hours prior to the start of the program.

Cancellation Policy

1. We require a minimum of 8 students to run this course and may cancel it if this minimum is not met.

2. If you find yourself unable to attend, and there is no one to go in your place, please let us know in writing as soon as is possible. Refunds and credit notes are issued according to the following schedule:

• Less than 14 days prior to the start of the program: 0% refunded
• 14-30 days prior to the start of the program: 75% refunded
• More than 30 days prior to the start of the program: 100% refunded

Group Discounts

Groups of 3 or more professionals from one organization qualify for a group discount of 10% off the regular rate as long as all students register at the same time.
